Saying Goodbye

Is saying goodbye to family or friends often awkward and difficult?

Every time one of us had to go to work or to the shops, the boys become upset. They didn’t understand the process and thought we weren’t coming back. There were times we felt a little embarrassed especially when friends would say goodbye to the boys, and they didn’t respond. 

We made this story because our boys needed to overcome the goodbye challenges and the emotions that came with it. We made it also to make our life easier as we had to allow another 30 minutes of saying goodbye to get out the door.
